New items
Covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty, handled through us. Keep your receipt.
Refurbished items
3-month shop warranty covering all functional faults. Cosmetic wear matching the condition grade isn't covered.
Condition grades
A: like new. B: light cosmetic marks. C: visible wear. Every grade is fully functional.
Returns
Report a fault within 7 days of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund. Items must include all accessories.
Not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or unauthorised repairs.
